Bottle thanks to Andy.
Appearance - golden and clear with gentle carbonation. It actually has something of a head that sits about for a bit.
Nose - wood, dry apple skin with apple tart beneath.
Taste - more juicy apple this time, with proper apple tart ripeness. Some wood and hay lurking.
Palate - full bodied, big tangy middle and great acidity on the finish which refreshes and makes salivate for the next drink.
Overall - proper cider!

Bottle thanks to Anna.
Appearance - golden and clear with steady carbonation and a snow white, fluffy head.
Nose - yep, lime and yuzu with bready backdrop.
Taste - zesty lime and yuzu, just a little bread.
Palate - light bodied, zesty, bitter finish.
Overall - I do like yuzu in a beer, even though adjuncts are objectionable.
