Rather drinkable overall. Pleasantly sweet, with some ripening citrus notes, followed by a sturdy grassy bitterness. Perhaps the bitterness is a touch much in the finish. Otherwise, doc but nice.

Wetherspoon Spring Beer Festival 2026, Beer#14. Clear golden coloured ale. It has a very hoppy bitterness in the main with a hint of fruit behind this.

Third of pint in my local Spoons on Saturday 7th March 2026. Golden amber body, white crust. Decent enough brew with an orange citrus front from the Amarillo hops, slight malty biscuit centre with a good dry finish.

5/3/2026. Cask at wetherspoon’s beer festival. At the Bell Hotel, Norwich. This was served straight from cask. Pours okay. Aroma is hoppy, orange, biscuit, malt, grapefruit. Taste is bittersweet. Drying finish and a little sweet and clammy. Not bad.
