Nose - brown sugar, burnt toffee, toffee apple and brown bread.
Taste - sweet toffee, orange peel, brown bread and fudge.
Palate - medium bodied, sweet and chewy.
Overall - good example of this unusual style.

Appearance - murky and milky yellow with a foamy snow white head.
Nose - tinned pear, some orange zest and melon.
Taste - more fruit salad things going on - tropical and citrus dominate the stone fruit this time.
Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle and balanced bitterness.
Overall - very good.

Appearance - deep amber to brown but clear. Fluffy beige head.
Nose - toffee, brown bread, a little roast.
Taste - no roast this time, just loads of toffee and malt loaf.
Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet middle, light dryness on the finish.
Overall - good example of the style.

Appearance - golden and clear with a fluffy white head.
Nose - dank, floral, resin, bread and lemon.
Taste - bitter and aromatic herb, basil possibly, still lemon, less bread.
Palate - light bodied with balanced bitterness.
Overall - oh, this is a great one!

Appearance - golden and clear with gentle carbonation and a nicely proportioned white head.
Nose - corn, green beans and generally bready.
Taste - more green beans, going into bitter salad and even citrus.
Palate - light bodied, lovely cleansing bitterness.
Overall - lovely lager.
