Appearance - dark brown and fairly clear. Thin off-white head.
Nose - cake and dark chocolate. Some greenery but with spruce I generally get coming through as sweet.
Taste - cake and chocolate again.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and sweet finish.
Overall - quite nice.

Palate - light bodied, too thin really and a bit imbalanced.

Nose - sulphur up front, or something pungently eggy. Then citrus.
Taste - lemon and gooseberry with some greenery.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy middle and dry finish.
Overall - didn't smell good, got a lot better.
