Appearance - solid, murky yellow. Foamy white head.
Nose - apricot, melon and papaya.
Taste - more stone fruits and tropical.
Palate - medium bodied and creamy with light bitterness.
Overall - lovely stuff
Appearance - murky orange and a foamy white head.
Nose - peach and melon.
Taste - tinned peach and apple. General fruit salad.
Palate - light bodied, juicy and then dry finish.
Overall - decent.
Appearance - creamy yellow to orange and solidly murky. Big foamy white head.
Nose - pine but actually going into lavender. Orange and light woodiness
Taste - definitely lavender and creamy orange.
Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle and lightly bitter finish.
Overall - decent. Not sure I'd call it West Coast mind, certainly doesn't look it.
Appearance - cloudy bright orange, like Lucozade.
Nose - creamy orange and a vague hint of sweet spice.
Taste - much more of the same. Orange barley water.
Palate - light bodied and delicate. Decent length given the lightness.
Overall - good example of the style
Appearance - fluffy white head over a hazy yellow head.
Nose - funk, salt and grapefruit up front. not getting the pepper yet.
Taste - big grapefruit and salt again, with just an edge of the warmth of the pepper.
Palate - light bodied, salty and an edge of funk, some sour notes extend into the finish.
Overall - good stuff.
Appearance - lipstick pink to smoothie red. Creamy pinkish white head.
Nose - raspberries, red cherries and redcurrants. A hint of funk, but generally juicy fruit.
Taste - very juicy strawberry and lightly sour and tannic fruit skins.
Palate - close to medium bodied, lightly tart and persistent fruity linger.
Overall - good stuff!
Appearance - deep golden rather than expected brown. Fluffy off-white head.
Nose - honey, caramel, toffee, wholemeal bread and generally grainy.
Taste - grainy, dried orange and sweet caramel.
Palate - light to medium bodied, generally quite sweet.
Overall - ok.

Appearance - deep brown to black with red chinks. The head is fluffy and beige.
Nose - roast, brown bread, burnt toffee and ginger cake.
Taste - more toffee, brown bread, roast and sweet cake.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy texture and a roasty finish.
Overall - great example of the style.
