McCash Profile - Brewver

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep yellow to orange (not white) with a creamy white head. Very gentle carbonation.
Nose - chocolate and toffee with some roast coffee on the edge.
Taste - rich cinder toffee, roasty mocha coffee and woodsmoke.
Palate - medium to full bodied, rich and sweet and creamy, but then with a roasty finish.
Overall - wonderful stuff, though I was definitely originally sceptical.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - murky yellow to brown with a foamy white head.
Nose - candied lemon, white pepper and fresh citrus too.
Taste - more lemon, white pepper, candied and fresh too.
Palate - light to medium bodied, tangy and dry finish.
Overall - classic example of a Saison. To be honest, didn't really notice the dry hopping. It was a straight up and down Saison for me.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden yellow and clear with a lacy white head and steady carbonation.
Nose - dank, hard herbs and biscuit.
Taste - lime, grapefruit, light grassy and biscuit backdrop.
Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and crisp finish.
Overall - crisp but could be a bit more bitter still.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - very pale straw to lemon in colour with a light haze and a fluffy white head.
Nose - grainy, green beans, mushy peas.
Taste - more grain and green beans.
Palate - light bodied, fairly refreshing.
Overall - ok.

Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - pale yellow and clear with gentle carbonation. Thin white head.
Nose - loads of foam banana sweets and basically confectionery.
Taste - sickly sweet banana and residual sugar.
Palate - light bodied and sickly sweet.
Overall - no, no, no, this is an abomination!

Can thanks to Stuu.
Appearance - opaque black and a beige head.
Nose - sweet spice and dry wood. Molasses.
Taste - sweet spice, chocolate, toffee and rum cask notes.
Palate - medium bodied and some roast and dryness.
Overall - good.
