Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- cucumber salad, touch of pepper and dill. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, salty, slightly sour, cucumber, pepper, dill, slight touch of garlic. Medium bodied.
I don't like cucumber salad. But there is one exception. Yes, this one.

Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- soapy, citrusy, lightly smoked, maybe touch of whiskey and wood. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, slightly bitter, citrusy, touch of smoked malt, slight touch of peat. Medium bodied.
Tasty.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Hazy, reddish violet colored. AROMA- lots of berries, strongly coconut, almond, vanilla. FLAVOR- sweet, moderately sour, the same as aroma. Syrupy body.
So nice coconut, nice balance of flavors. One of best gelatos.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- kettle sour character, apricot, quince. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, fruity - quince, mirabelles, apricot, strong and nice kettle sour character. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Almost clear, reddish colored. AROMA- sweet dark grapes juice, flowery, funky, leather. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately sour, a bit sharp, funky, grapes, cherry, berries, flowers. Medium to fuller bodied.
