Taster at Medusa brewery taproom, Athens. Clear, dark amber colored. AROMA- toasted, caramel, berries, bread crusts. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, caramel, spicy, earthy, some berries. Light to medium bodied.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Hazy, pinkish gold colored. AROMA- rosehips, lavender, salt, kettle sour character. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, moderately salty, lightly sour, apricot, peach, rosehip, touch of lavender. Fuller, somewhat heavy body.
Good. A bit odd but good.

Bottle No.62, 0.33l, two and half years aged. Cloudy, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- cherry liqueur, caramel, chocolate, honey, fruit jelly in chocolate, Christmas chocolate bonbon, touch of rum. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, quite bitter, dark chocolate, jelly in chocolate, earthy, orange jam, strongly wood, Christmas chocolate bonbon with Christmas tree included. Fuller bodied. Great.
