Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Slightly cloudy, reddish brown colored. AROMA- toasted malts, chocolate, caramel, noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, toasted, touch of chocolate, caramel, nuts. Medium bodied.
Very nice.

Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- mix of overripe fruit, especially tropical fruit and citruses, malt, meadow grasses. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, meadow grasses, oats. Medium bodied.
Good.

Bourbon barrel aged ale 2022 edition. Bottle 0.375l, three years aged. Many thanks, René! Black, opaque. AROMA- bourbon, calvados, raisins, prunes, dark chocolate. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, very warming, lots of alcohol, bourbon, povidla (plum jam), prunes, raisins, chocolate, earthy. Fuller to full bodied.
Too much alcohol, somewhat flat.

Can 0.44l, more than two years aged. Many thanks, René! A bit cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, pralines with caramel filling, touch of elderberries, touch of liquor, bit earthy. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, elderberries, black currant, dark chocolate, bit earthy. Medium bodied.
Nice porter.

Bottle 0.33l, I found this forgotten treasure at My Beer in Riga. More than five years aged. Hazy, reddish colored. AROMA- nice cherry, funky, light balsamico. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, moderately sour and tart, cherry, funky, leafy and "green" taste of DH. Medium bodied, well balanced, well aged.
Great as usually from Wild Beer.

Bottle 0.33l at Birrone Padova. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- decent ginger. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, decent ginger, touch of coriander. Medium bodied.
Really not their best.
