Rotin Profile - Brewver

Taster at Beera bar, Riga. Black, opaque. AROMA- peanut massacre, waffles with jam and cream, liquor. FLAVOR- quite sweet, quite warming, lightly bitter, unfortunately lots of artificial flavors - waffles, red berries, peanut, alcohol. Fuller bodied.
Not my favourite style, still quite good.

Taster at Kaķis Maisā, Riga. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- very juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, the same as aroma, some alcohol, floral and resinous.
Very good NEIPA.

Taster at Beera bar, Riga. Almost clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- lots of citrus resins, some alcohol. FLAVOR- slightly sweet at first, dry finish, moderately bitter, warming, citrus and pine resins, orange tic tac. Fuller bodied.

Taster at Beera, Riga. Cloudy, reddish orange colored. AROMA- somewhat funky and sharp, strawberry, banana. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, lightly sour, strawberry, banana puree. Light to medium bodied.

Draught at Tapfield, Athens. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy, exotic fruit, cake crumb. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, resinous. Medium bodied.
Somewhat UBOish, still quite good.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. A bit cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, chocolate, smoked meat, earthy, sweet berries, black cherry. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, moderately bitter, strongly earthy, coffee, elderberry, touch of smoke. Medium bodied.
Very good.
