Rotin Profile - Brewver

Bottle 0.75l, three years aged. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- nice mixed fermentation character, mirabelles, peach, meadow, spicy and herbal hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, smooth malt base, the same as aroma. Medium, a bit more viscous body.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- strongly yeast, touch of coconut, maybe touch of kiwi. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly bitter, odd yeast again, kettle sour base, touch of coconut. Medium bodied.
Odd, still drinkable.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Hazy, deep gold colored. AROMA- apple, cinnamon, my mom's apple cake. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, sour apple, that cake again, some cinnamon. Medium bodied.

Disappointment, still not so bad.

Bottle 0.75l, three and half years aged. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice aged brett character, apricot. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite sour, slightly sharp, lots of apricots on great wild base. Medium to fuller bodied.
So great as best lambics.
