Rotin Profile - Brewver

Draught at Hat Brewery Taproom, Riga. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- flowery, meadow, phenolic, apple, quince, vanilla, grain. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, yeasty bitter, meadow hay with touch of lemon and apple, yeast. Light bodied.
Too light, still good.

Taster at Nurme Brewery. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- black currant, cream, probably pistachios. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied.
Tasty.

Taster at Nurme Brewery. Lightly cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- UBO, some pine resins, yeast. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, UBO character, citrusy, grapefruit, pine resins. Medium bodied.
UBO with adjuncts is much better.

Taster at Nurme Brewery. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- malt, citrusy, noble hops, white grapes, flowery. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium, slightly oily body.

Taster at Nurme Brewery. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- somewhat low, citrusy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, citrusy, sour IPA character, touch of vanilla. Can't catch any litchi. Full, syrupy body.
Thick and tasty. I like it.
