Historical braggot that has been found in archeological site from 1370BC in Egtved. The juicy bitterness of bog myrtle and lingonberries introduces the prehistoric drink, that is dominated by mild sweetness of wheat and honey, complemented by giddy notes of linden blossom and meadowsweet. The tart cranberries bring balance to this truly nordic tastescape.

Can 0.44l from Riga airport. Cloudy, yellow gold colored. AROMA- fermented honey, citrusy, flowery, quince. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly fruity and honey sour, citrusy, pale flowery honey, lindenblossom in aftertaste. Fuller bodied.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2025, love the story about this one! Hazy golden body, white head. Brown sugar and pineapple in the aroma, along with honey. Smooth honey-driven taste, lightly tart, herbal, bit fruity, lovely overall!

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. C'è una componente moderatamente acidula. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, agrumi, sour, anice, lievito, batteri, fragola e vino bianco.

44cl can from Rimi Hyper Apelsīns, Ādaži. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Surprisingly fresh and sour with citrus, cranberries, yeast and notes of gale and honey. Acidic and peculiar, but certainly tasty.

Aftertaste: nice acidity, very fruity, passion fruit, some mango, citrus notes, a little bitter in the finish.

Bottle ordered from Craft Beer Station, Northampton. Aroma of, yeah, honey. Sour vinous edge. Opaque gold. Frothy foamy white head. Medium-heavy sour. Vinous/berries. Underlying chewy honey which is not particularly sweet. Sherbert. The sourness amps up. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Sour stuff with sweet hints.
