Rotin Profile - Brewver

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Cloudy, yellow gold colored. AROMA- strawberry with cream, citrusy, marshmallow, nice baked almonds. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, sharp sourness, brine, some strawberry, lemon, baked almonds at the bottom. Medium to fuller bodied.
Well, this beer surely isn't what Kuba wanted. On the other side it really has some character. Especially if it's aged.

Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. A bit cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- whiskey, alcohol, roasted, some coffee. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, strong but nice alcohol, whiskey impression, some dark chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, nuts. Fuller bodied.
Really not bad.

Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- phenolic, citrusy, apple, pear, flowery, herbal, lightly camomile. FLAVOR- neutral, medium bitterness, citrusy, touch of tropical fruit, apple, pear, touch of white currant, herbal. Medium bodied.
Tasty.

Bottle 0.375l, three and half years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- rum, liquor, strongly chocolate, maple syrup, coffee, bourbon. FLAVOR- really sweet, quite bitter, pleasant alcohol, maple syrup, bourbon, tobacco, roasted. Full bodied.
Well, I don't like so sweet stouts very much, but this one is great. Bitter enough, well balanced, rich.

Bottle 0.375l, one and half year aged. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- nice grapes, apple, brett character, some herbs, camomile. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, touch of grapes, bitter apple, red currant, touch of citrus. Light, somewhat watery, more robust at the bottom.
Very nice, for such light bodied ale.
