Bottle 0.75l, two and half years aged. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- intense sweet rum aroma, touch of wood, chocolate, pralines. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly sour, pleasantly bitter finish, some alcohol, strongly rum, wood, pralines, touch of coffee. Fuller bodied.
Rum, rum and rum. Great.

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- really lots of citruses, nice citrus resins, salt, lemongrass, citrus jelly. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, citrus juice, jelly, lemongrass. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, vintage 2018, purchased 2020, 6% abv. Clear, gold amber colored. AROMA- funky, leather, dark and white grapes, apricot. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour and tart, slightly bitter, a bit sharp, grapes, apricot, mirabelles, slightly funky, lightly wood. Medium bodied. Great.

Bottle 0.75l, vintage 2018, purchased 9/2021, 7% abv. Cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- pleasant, not sharp, fruity - apricot, grapes, apple, berries, lightly funky, lightly leather, cinnamon. FLAVOR- smooth, intense, moderately sour, lightly sweet, very fruity, peach, grapes, apple, cherry, flowery, rose, cinnamon. Medium to fuller bodied.
Really good.

Can 0.5l, two and half years aged. Almost clear, dark brown colored. AROMA- nice cocoa nibs, liquor, touch of red wine, nuts and vanilla. FLAVOR- creamy and silky, lightly sweet, pleasantly bitter finish, dark chocolate, Christmas chocolate bonbons, raspberry leaves, almost Black IPA impression, liquor, touch of nuts amd vanilla. Fuller bodied.

Can 0.5l. Hazy, gold orange colored. AROMA- huge mango. FLAVOR- quite sweet, moderately sour, thick mango juice/syrupe, probably goldenberry. Syrupy body.
Sour, sweet, mango, pleasant.

Bottle 0.75l from our archive, two years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- peated, aromatic liqueur, whiskey, pralines, some fruit - berries, prunes. FLAVOR- creamy, moderately sweet, lightly bitter, a bit peated, whiskey, warming, liquid pralines, marshmallows. Fuller bodied. Great.
