Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- red wine, wooden barrel, leather, raspberry. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, a bit sharp, a bit tart, nice natural raspberry flavor, funky and sharp wild ale on background. Fuller bodied.

Can 0.5l, one and half year aged. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- Christmas jelly - citrus, dark chocolate, pine and spruce resins. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, bitter, some alcohol, choco/coffee/resinous liquor, a bit harsh grassy finish. Fuller to full bodied.

Can 0.5l, one and half year aged. Clear, deep gold colored. AROMA- cucumber salad. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slight impression of salt and pepper, cucumber, gooseberry. Light to medium bodied.
Well balanced and tasty.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Cloudy, really dark red colored. AROMA- a bit burnt jam, povidla, blackberry, raspberry. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly tart, nice sour syrup from sour cherry and berries with burnt notes. Medium to fuller bodied.
Pleasant one.

Can 0.5l, more than three years aged. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- nice tonka, vanilla, cocoa nibs, pralines. FLAVOR- medium sweetness, moderately bitter, warming, liquor, tonka, cocoa, vanilla. Fuller bodied.

Not bad, but next time without artificial essences, please.

Bottle 0.33l from the brewery, one year aged. Cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- apricot yoghurt, citrusy. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, slightly bitter, apricot, citrusy, coriander, hibiscus. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.375l, three and half years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- pralines, chocolate and coffee liqueur, quite strong alcohol. FLAVOR- medium sweetness, bitter, alcohol, very dark chocolate, pralines. Full bodied.
Great. Maybe a bit too sweet.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. A bit cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- physalis, spices, herbal. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, tangerine juice, touch of lemon balm. Medium to fuller bodied.
Decent, smooth and tasty.

FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, lightly sour, lightly bitter, pleasantly fruity - white grapes, apple, dried lemon, pineapple; hay. Medium bodied.
