Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- decent, pleasantly herbal, gruit-like, salt. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, slightly bitter, herbal syrup with salt and touch of apricot, sea buckthorn and mirabelles. Medium bodied.
Decent, nice.

Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Clear, very dark red to black colored. AROMA- red wine, sour cherry liquor, nuts, dark chocolate. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, moderately bitter, strong red wine impression, a bit sour with touch of chocolate. Fuller bodied.
Good.

Bottle 0.75l, four years aged. Clear, reddish colored. AROMA- pleasant aged character, sour and sharp, nice plum. FLAVOR- dry, strongly sour and tart, sorrel, sharp, pleasant fruitiness. Light to medium bodied.
Sour, good, sour.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. I didn't know Mont Blanc is a volcano... Gusher!
Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- apple, pear, citrusy, floral and herbal. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, unpleasantly bitter finish, jelly, dried lemon, herbal, a bit medicinal. Light, a bit watery body.
Not good, not really bad.

Can 0.5l, three years aged. Clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- chocolate cream, roasted, liquor, cocoa nibs. FLAVOR- velvety, lightly sweet, slightly sour, lightly bitter, chocolate liquor, pralines, some maple syrup, touch of sour cherry. Smoke? Where? Fuller bodied.
Really good.

Bottle 0.375l, collita 2021, huge thanks to Honzovis. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- grapes, apricot, vinous, pumpkin compote, pear, floral and flowery hops, nice and sharp wild character. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, lightly bitter, aged funky character, grapes, citrusy, herbal. Medium bodied.

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- pineapple juice, nice juicy chilli peppers. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly sour, moderately chilli hot, pleasant chilli peppers on smooth pineapple base, more pineapple at the bottom. Medium bodied.
Nice.
