Rotin Profile - Brewver

Can 0.33l, three and half years aged. Seems clear, so dark red almost black. AROMA- very sweet pralines with fruit filling, sour cherry in chocolate, very sweet liquor, lightly tonka. FLAVOR- very sweet- what a surprise, bitter, warming, liquor, cocoa nibs, tonka, marshmallows. Fuller to full bodied.
Very good for so sweet pastry stout.

Bottle 0.33l from Riga airport. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- ginger, apple, fermented. FLAVOR- lightly to moderately sweet, lightly apple sour, nice balance between apple and ginger flavors. Medium bodied.

Taster at Kaķis Maisā, Riga. Cloudy, copper to dark brown colored. AROMA- liquor, chocolate, plum, cherry, currant. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, warming, the same as aroma. Medium bodied.
