Rotin Profile - Brewver

Bottle shared with Camons at Lajka, many thanks! Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- lots of citrus, lemon, lemon jelly. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, citrusy, jelly, spicy hops. Medium bodied.
Nice IPA.

Draught at Lajka. Slightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- sweet malty, honey, berries, lightly smoky. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, noble hops. Medium bodied.
Maybe too decent and sweet, still tasty.

The eighth one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Naira's. Bottle 0.33l, four years aged. Black, opaque. AROMA- liquor, bourbon, roasted, dark chocolate, lightly smoky, plums, cinnamon. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately bitter, touch of alcohol, plum liquor, some peat smoke, dark chocolate pralines, cinnamon, bourbon, vanilla. Full syrupy body.

The seventh one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Lena's. Bottle 0.33l, three years aged. Hazy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- liquor, caramel, dates, nougat, earthy, cocoa nibs, figs, orange jelly in chocolate. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, bitter, a bit strong alcohol, cocoa powder, jelly in chocolate, cherry and plum liquor. Full bodied.
Really good but... Too strong alcohol, too much cocoa nibs, not enough sweet for me.

The sixth one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Izdahír's. Bottle 0.33l, three years aged. Cloudy, black colored. AROMA- perfect liquid pralines, vanilla, maple syrup, some good alcohol. FLAVOR- very sweet, lightly bitter, maple syrup, honey, cocoa nibs, liquor, vanilla. Fuller to full bodied.
Damned maple syrup. It would be much better without it.

The fifth one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Fátima's. 0.375l, bottled on February 2019. Lightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- quite fruity - apricot, berries, apple, grapes, raisins, leather, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, lightly bitter, apple, grapes, raisins, sea buckthorn, spicy hops, somewhat unripe character. Fuller bodied.
Not the best geuze I'm afraid, still very good.

The second one of thirteen beers for our thirteenth wedding anniversary. Ljanmalíja's. Bottle 0.33l, two years aged. Lightly cloudy, reddish orange colored. AROMA- candies, fruity - berries, grapes, a bit sharp spontan character, rose. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, quite sour and tart, nice berries, dark grapes, blueberry, spontan character. Medium bodied.
Not typical flavors. Great. Слава Україні!
