Rotin Profile - Brewver

Taster at Nurme Brewery, Riga. Seems clear, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, pralines with filling, a bit earthy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, bitter finish, the same as aroma, touch of alcohol. Medium bodied.
Very good.

Taster at Nurme Brewery, Riga. Clear, straw colored. AROMA- apple, fermented, a bit sharp. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, nice apple, fermented, touch of alcohol. Medium bodied.
Very good cider.

Taster at Nurme Brewery, Riga. Appearance is yellow fluffy smoothie. AROMA- mango, coconut, fruit mix, smoothie. FLAVOR- very sweet, lightly fruity sour, fruity, strongly coconut, honey. Syrupy fluffy body.
Very good again.

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- grapes, malts, meadow. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, nice grapes, meadow herbs and flowers. Medium bodied.
Smooth, saison-like, very good.
