hazy yellow, smooth creamy almost milksahey offwhite head. looks fantastic.
sour beer aroma combined with tart citrussy sour fruits, there's even some leather in there. good fruit sour aroma.
flavor is fruity sour with exotic fruity and citrus fruity notes, mostly exotic fruity - but the citrussy kinds of exotic like pomegranate, perhaps nonripe peaches or nonripe plums. the fruity notes almost drown out the nice sour beer, so not totally balanced but very well tasting and quenching.

aroma is herbal lemongrass, flowery notes, cucumber, more like a belgian pale ale than a hazy. or more like an english pale ale. also it's totally clear (might have settled in the can?) with a creamy white head.

flavor is flowery hoppy, full bodied, medium malty, end is slighlty bittersweet. and nutty.

pours clear brown, settles dark brown witha a smooth light brown head.
good dry almost peppery aroma of roasted coffee , coffee grind, dry roasted malts, faint nutty notes. bone dry porter aroma.
flavor is dry roasted malts, coffee bitterness, in the end. long bitterness from roasted malts and some pretty awesomely placed hops, where the hops are never really noticed by themselvs, but just add to the excellent flavorful bitterness. A total showcase in how to do a dry heavy roasted not high abv porter or stout. i'd like to test this up against a guness export.
subtler notes of brown sugar, sweet licorice.

Sometimes brew york really surprises to the positive

fruits and cereral in the aroma
flavor is sugary citrus fruity as well as very slightly sourish, notes of malts, notes of cereral. faint bitterness towards the end.
okay for a nonalc. at least it has flavors, but comes off as weird. --- Beer merged from original tick of American Easy on 04 Mar 2026 at 12:03 - Score: Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: hazy yellow, smooth offwhite head.

hazu orange smooth offwhite head.
dusty citrussy faint piney and grapefruity aroma.

really good really balanced realatively high bitterness hop herbal solidly malty balanced flavor, slightly sweet malts, solid malts, hops are not that juicy or fruity, but a good hop-herbal balance to the malts.
makes the entire beer a well herbed/spiced malt beverage with the malts almost dominating and hops generously used as a spice.
more fruity as it warms up

cloudy yellow, smooth creamy light yellow head. looks great
fruity aroma, guava, juicy hoppy, smooth oats ipa like feel to it, pine and grapefruit bitterness too, but subtle. pretty good full spectred aroma. malts are sweet , solid but in the background.
flavor is juicy hoppy, fruity, guava, soft sweet malts, citrussy like notes that i think is guava, or is it kiwi, or both?. nice fruited ipa, well balanced as fresh citrussy - does not get cloying, even though both kiwi and guava could go a bit too exotic, so they did that well, keeping the beer refreshing. chewwy mouthfeel. Tastes just as much like a high-end cocktail as it does a beer.

hazy yellow, fluffy white head
pine and grapefruits dominate aroma. a bit of herbal hops too, somewhere between neutral and crisp malts.
flavor is citrussy hoppy, some strange version of herbal hoppy, like , perhaps a bit like lemongrass but more grassy and slightly hay'ish. there are malts but they are fairly tasteless and neutral, they reappear a bit in the bitter end, which is grapefruit and pine and malts bitterness.

overall impression is okay to pretty good, with a tiny messy thrown in.
it's like the individual flavors doesn't match up, dosn't convene into something truly yummy. tasted better from vocation.

slightly hazy yellow, huge creamy fluffy white head.
aroma is dominated by flowery and citrussy and slightly pine/grapefruity herbal hops. very dry malts, aroma is very dry in general. not mineral watery. not buttery. bone dry.
flavor is well balanced malty and pine/grapefruity hoppy with a tiny bit of citrus in there too. traditionally IPA hoppy flavor and very well balanced with the malts. A very intensely hoppy pale ale for sure. many ipa's are way less hoppy and flavorful. I also like that the juicy notes we so often get are toned way down, yielding much more traditional hoppy flavors and notes.. aftertaste is super nice with a lot of flavorful grapefruit.

This is a superp session IPA like beer, I could drink way too many of these with good friends out in the summer nature somewhere. outstanding drinkability. totally lives up to the brewery name. best cold.
