My Stats (Click one to view detailed breakdowns)
For me one proper and honest beer review is more worth than 100 ticks without any relevant content. Itโs all about respect for the beer and the craftmanship behind. I will always try to do my best for a proper rating than playing the number game.

On tap @ Mikkeller bar CPH airport. Dark brown body under a beige head. Promising aroma and taste with typical dry stout qualities, but unfortunately there is a certain sourness that I assume is not intended. Might be a bit off.

Backlog January 2009. Amber body under a nice off-white head. Aroma has caramel malt, brown sugar spicy yeast and fruity hops with a certain alcohol sting. Taste is sweet and malty with caramel, brown sugar, spicy yeast, fruity hops, nice bitterness and alcohol that actually feels balanced against the sweetness and bitterness. A solid one.

Backlog January 2009. Black body under a small brown head. Strong aroma of roasted dark malt, coffee, chocolate and some bourbon. Taste is in the same direction, dark malt etc. and rather smooth, mild Bourbon impression. Medium body with same aftertaste. Not great, but I find it nice anyway as Bourbon so often seems to dominate for the beer flavors.

Backlog January 2009. Dark reddish brown body under a fading beige head. Relatively mild in aroma, roasted dark malt and coffee. Taste is dry, dark roasted malt, slightly acidic coffee and balanced bitterness. Light body and short aftertaste. Somehow promising, but I think it might be the beginning of an infection going on here.
