Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter, and medium to very acidic. Body is oily with sparkling carbonation (although not anything near most champagne). Finish is long and medium sweet and very acidic with notes of wine, grapes, lemon, and hints of green apples.

Can. Pours opaque coffee brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toffee, biscuits, and hints of cola. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter, faint acidic, and faint salty. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, nuts, hints of blackberry and cola.

Taste is light sweet, light bitter, faint to light acidic, and faint salty. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, nuts, biscuits, bread, apples, lemon peel, and hints of black currant and liquorice. Very well balanced.

Can from Fredericia Brewpub (take home can). Pours opaque pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is intense pineapple, mango, orange, grapefruit, spruce, pine, resin, honeydew melon, and hints of lemonade. Taste is very sweet, medium bitter, faint acidic and faint salty. Body is milky with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of pineapple, mango, melon, orange, grapefruit, spruce, pine, resin and milk. Really well balanced and rich.
