Can from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours pale red with medium white head. Aroma is intense strawberry, redcurrants, mild vinegar, malt, and vanilla. Taste is very sweet, faint bitter, and light to medium acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of strawberry, cream, vanilla, redcurrants, mild vinegar, yeast, and sugar. A bit on the sweet side for my taste, but very much like eating "Rødgrød med fløde".

Bottle (prod. 2013, kept in basement @ ~20 °C, BBE 12.2025). Pours opaque black with no head. Aroma is intense roasted malt, toffee, fudge, soy sauce, oak barrels, liquorice, brown sugar, leather, and vanilla. Taste is very sweet, light bitter, and faint salty. Body is creamy with no carbonation (probably due to the 12 year old cork). Finish is long, sweet and rich with notes toffee, fudge, caramel, brown sugar, gravy, liquorice, vanilla, soy sauce, orange peel, port wine, prunes and plum jam. Very nicely balanced, intense and rich even though it had gone completely flat.

Can from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours cloudy bright yellow with huge white head. Aroma is intense mango, pineapple, passion fruit, orange, grapefruit malt, caramel, vanilla, and cream. Taste is medium to very sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of mango, pineapple, passion fruit, orange, grapefruit, spruce, and light resin.

Can from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours clear dark golden with huge foamy white head. Aroma is intense caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, green unripe pears, butter, biscuits, and vinegar. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter, medium to very acidic. Body is creamy with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long balanced sweet and acidic with intense caramel, vanilla, unripe pears, cinnamon, cardamom, biscuits, butter and vinegar.

Can from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus. Pours hazy pale orange with huge white head. Aroma is intense spruce, grapefruit, resin, orange, pineapple, lime zest, and hints if vanilla, mint and latex. Taste is medium sweet, very bitter, faint acidic and faint salty. Body is juicy with light carbonation. Finish is long and baldness sweet and bitter with intense notes of spruce, grapefruit, resin, orange juice, pineapple, mango and latex.
Very rich and intense.

Aroma is intense spruce, grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, dried rose leaves, caramel, malt, and hints of resin and latex. Taste is medium to very sweet, medium to very bitter, faint acidic, and faint salty. Body is creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanved sweet and bitter with intense notes of orange, mango, pineapple, peach, grapefruit, banana, spruce, resin, latex, and faint hints of sweet liquorice.
