Taster. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color, with a fair, bubbly, white head. The nose is lemon zest, hay, mild juniper, and grass clippings. Sweet and juicy, with a light, citrusy bitterness. Light to medium body, a bit acidic, and sharp. Pretty tasty.

Taster. Pours brownish, with a foamy, tan head. The nose is pine sap, cardamom, bergamot, and brown bread. Dry and musty, with a fair, resinous bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and sharp. Pretty nice.

Nice restaurant along the main street. The bar is dim, friendly, and relaxed. The tap list is remarkably extensive, with some fun and exotic things, plus lots of local and regional stuff. The bartender was quick and attentive. The food was pricy, but quite good. While the food is high-end, the beer is well priced. Well worth the visit, and I hope to return.

Short pour at the brewery. Pours a bright, hazy, yellow color, with a medium, bubbly, white head. The nose is peach, rosemary, quinine, mild resin, and orange peel. Sweet and zesty, with a hard, mineral bitterness. Medium to heavy body, sharp, and sticky. Pretty nice and interesting. Some off aromas, but not bad.
