Tiny bit out of the centre, but easily accessible by tram. But ride takes time. And after that you have to walk a bit.
Anyway always nice to visit this place. Large beer garden, good selection of their own taps and little fridge.

Very local place. Ohh let's go and have a seat inside I told to Mart 'cause smokers outside. Well inside was dark blue of smoke. There goes that plan. 2 fridges and unable to detect taplist. I see the taps and locals drinking something obviously from tap, but no taplist. Well we managed to find couple things. If you want to experience local vibe then maybe yes, otherwise don't bother.

Very local place. Smokers inside including staff. Few taps, couple are not on. But fridge is full of beers, local ones and German classics. Staff is helpful. Worth to step through if in area just for an experience.

In some ways I like old Valhalla more. Not because it had more cigarette smoke in or less completely fucked up local who was so heavily trying to get into fight with his "friend" (and other locals watching it like they are in the theater), but for a soul and character. This place is not bad, but more of a continuation of let's make money. Still worth a visit.

Pain in the arse to get here and to get away from here. Public transport can bring you to general area, but rest is walking. And the same public transport fails you when you are trying to leave (I think 3-4 busses/trolleys just didn't come, in total 40 mins to wait). Place itself is ok.

Looks like place with history. Walls still reek of cigarette smoke from times when it was allowed to smoke inside. Slow service. Loud interior. Fridge had ticks.

Another neighbourhood, another local bar. Classic English style setting. Website gives promises which inside can't quite fulfil. Pretty much macros on tap with few exceptions. Bottle list is same. Service is clunky. But I understand that nobody in these parts expect someone to come in 2 minutes after opening time. Plus points for local bar cat :)

It's a local place for locals, but as you can see tourists like us can wonder here too. 6-8 taps of fresh beers. Rotating so we visited it more than once. Not too far from centre, walkable and you can also take a bus which takes you close. Nice friendly owner helpful to explain things.

In a touristy area of Athens. From outside it looks like a perfect place where to spend some time and have different beers, but inside is very little interesting. Half of the taps are not working and other half is basically macro. Fridges provided 3-4 new things and that's about it.

Should have been, could have been our local drinking station in our month living in Athens, but it wasn't. Main reason was we couldn't tell when it was open. And it seemed to confuse others as well. So beers didn't rotate, door was closed at times it should have been open and so on. Shame.
