Keg (snyt) pour at Nicholas Nickleby, Finsbury Park 25/10/2025. Pours deep brown with large beige foam as per the pouring style. Light roast, some coffee with lagery undertones. Good one

Cask at Captain Flinders (JDW), near Euston station. Modest red ale. Quite bitter, caramel, some hedgerow

Bottle online from Raynville. Pours clear amber chestnut with beige foam. It's a decent enough rauch but it's not at Schlenkerla levels. Light sweet smoky malts, smoky bacon, moderate bitterness, thin to medium body

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours dark orange golden with no head. Aroma: apple, caramel, funk. Taste: bitter-sweet apple, caramel, mid tannins. Medium body with low/no carbonation, dry-ish finish. Nice drop.

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours hazed yellow gold with no head. Aroma: dry apple, straw, mild funk. Taste: light tart, dry apple, fruity, funky, mid tannins, drying finish. Medium body with light carbonation.

Panda from danlo, cheers Ed. Pours translucent very pale yellow with no head. Aroma: perry pear, funk, mildly solventy. Taste: tangy, tart, fruity, sweet-ish perry pear, citric, light to mid tannins. Drying finish. Medium body with low carbonation.
