Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: raspberries / base: 28D). Can 44 cl - Batch L127 1209 (BB: 0626). AROMA: initial sulphury presence. medium-low raspberry aroma with a medium somewhat clean sour background. APPEARANCE: light reddish amber body with fine particles in suspension. medium-low off-white head, with ok retention for style. TASTE: initial medium-low to low raspberry flavor followed by medium clean sour notes. low bitterness with an almost dry, sour and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an average fruit sour with less raspberry flavor than aroma.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 33B: bourbon / 30A: orange peel, cocoa nibs / Base: 20C). Can 33 cl - Batch BA212 2502 (BB: 0231). AROMA: medium to medium-high blend of bourbon, cocoa and orange in less intensity. slight roasted malts in the background. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. medium-low brown head, creamy, with medium-low retention. leg formation. TASTE: initial medium-low orange, followed by medium-high bourbon and cocoa. background of roasted malts (coffee-like to burnt). medium bitterness with a semi-dry and roasty finish, balancing the initial malt sweetness. MOUTHFEEL: full body and silky smooth. medium-low carbonation. alcoholic warmth but not very hot. OVERALL: an interesting combination of a barrel aged imperial stout and orange peel and without an overwhelming presence of the barrel.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 15B). Can 33 cl - Batch L1255 1106 (BB: 0826) AROMA: medium dark malt aroma (roasted coffee, slight dark chocolate). slight metallic background and faint fruity ester. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque with slight ruby highlights. medium-low light brown head, with low retention. TASTE: initial medium dark roasted malt (coffee-like) with hints of dark dried fruit (prunes) and low dark chocolate. initial somewhat sweet, evolving into medium-high to high bitterness. finishes roasty and dry. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium-low carbonation. some astringency from roasted malts. OVERALL: an ok stout.

Can 33 cl - Batch BA210 I1I (BB: 1130) AROMA: medium-high boozy aroma (hints of bourbon and rum) with a medium-low dark malt background (chocolate, slight roasted) and hints of vanillin. APPEARANCE: very dark brown color and opaque. thin brown head with very low retention. leg formation. TASTE: medium dark malt flavor (chocolate, slight sweet and roasted), followed by medium boozy flavor (slight bourbon). medium bitterness with a dry and slightly roasted finish. MOUTHFEEL: full body with very low carbonation. alcoholic warmth present. OVERALL: an imperial stout aged in three different barrels with a bit more muted flavor, not shining any of them.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A adapted - non alcoholic). Can 33 cl - Batch L1342 0512 (BB: 09.26). AROMA: medium hop aroma (green, pine, slight green mango). low neutral malt background with a slight wort character. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. low white head with no retention. TASTE: medium hop flavor (same descriptors of aroma) with a medium-low to low malt background (clean, some dough and wort). medium-high bitterness with a dry, somewhat bitter and faintly worty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a drinkable non-alcoholic IPA with ok hop presence and not very much distracting faint wort notes.

APPEARANCE: very dark amber to brown color with ruby highlights and clear. medium light brown head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low malt character with slight roastiness (coffee-like). medium-low bitterness with an almost dry and slightly roasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average czech dark lager with a bit muted malt complexity.
