AROMA: medium to medium-high fruity aroma (banana and peach) with a mild clean lactic sourness in the background. APPEARANCE: light yellow body and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium-low retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low banana flavor with hints of peach. medium-low sweetness in balance with clean lactic sourness. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish. some notes of yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: yet another good Gelato sample although the vanilla mentioned in the ingredients isnt detected.

AROMA: medium fruity aroma (red fruits) with a clean sour background aroma. low metallic note. APPEARANCE: pinkish color and hazy. medium-low very light pink head with average retention. lace formation. TASTE: initial medium-low fruity notes (currants), followed by medium-low clean sourness. low bitterness with a semi-dry and slightly yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-high body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an ok pastry sour with added currants.

AROMA: initial slight cereal husk note, followed by medium-low malty notes (toasty, slight light caramel). low metallic background. APPERANCE: pale amber color and clear. medium ivory head, creamy with ok retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor with same characteristics (sweet maltiness, toasty, slight caramelly). medium to medium-high bitterness with a slightly malty and overly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a festbier-type beer with ok malt presence but unbalanced towards bitterness.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A adapted: australian hops). Can 50 cl - Batch 23.07.2026 a (BB: 23.07.2026). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of lupulin, floral, slight pine and melon. medium malty background, neutral. APPEARANCE: yellow body and clear with a slight thin haze. medium-low white head, creamy, with style ok retention. TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (pine, green, slight melon and floral). medium-low neutral malt background with a slight sweetness. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter aftertaste that lingers. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting IPA made with Australian hops.

Can 50 cl - Batch unknown - Canned on 12/06/2025 (BB: 12.11.2025) AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (grapefruit and lime, slight gooseberry). low neutral background maltiness. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. medium-high off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (grapefruit, lime, pine), followed by low neutral malt. medium-high to high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with high carbonation. OVEARLL: a nice American pale ale.

AROMA: medium-high fruit aroma (passionfruit, slight dragonfruit), low wheaty background. APPEARANCE: light yellow color with a lot of material in suspension. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium fruitiness (passionfruit, slight dragon fruit), followed by a medium-low clean sourness. low bitterness with a slightly sour finish with a taste of yeast (uncooked bread). MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruited berliner weisse-type beer with a lot of material in suspension.
