Can 50 cl - Batch 04.08.2027 01646 (BB: 04.08.2027) AROMA: medium-high chocolate note (cake-like) with a faint roasted barley background. APPEARANCE: very dark brown and opaque. low brown head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-high chocolate flavor with faint roasted malt notes and slight vinous. very low bitterness with a sweet finish. MOUTHFEEL: high body and chewie. low carbonation. smooth alcohol warmth and not hot. OVERALL: a pastry imperial stout with strong notes of chocolate and sweetness. caramel and salt did not shine.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21C). Can 50 cl - Batch 14.05.2026 1 (BB: 14.05.2026). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with citrus notes, slight lupulin and resin. medium-low neutral malt and slightly sweet. APPEARANCE: light yellow and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention for style. leg formation. TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (resin, citrus, slight pine and resin), with a medium to medium-low neutral malt background and slightly sweet. medium to medium-high bitterness with an almost semi-dry to dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an OK NEIPA with Zula hops. it could have a little more body.

APPEARANCE: light yellow body and almost opaque. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium to medium-high clean sourness followed by medium-low peach flavor. low to faint uncooked bread background. medium-low salt character. finishes dry and slightly yeasty. MOUTHFEEL: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok Gose with added peach.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 31B: lactose / 29B: blueberries and vanilla / 28D). Can 50 cl - Batch 05.08.2026 10275 (BB: 05.08.2026). AROMA: medium blueberries aroma with a low clean-lactic sour background. faint vanilla. APPEARANCE: dark red to burgundy body and opaque. medium-low pink head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-high blueberries, slight vanilla. medium-low sweetness balanced by a clean lactic sourness of the same intensity. finishes semi-dry. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: another good balanced pastry sour but where the vanilla is just a pinch.

AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (fresh-green, slight grapefruit and lime, lupulin), with a medium-low to low neutral and slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and hazy (almost murky). medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention. leg formation. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (fruity, lupulin, slight lime, pine), followed by medium neutral-sweet malt background. medium to medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish with bitterness that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a good double ipa but with less body than expected.
