This pils poured a clear, light yellow colour with a minimal white, quickly dissipating head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, sweet malt, straw, honey and a little dough. First swig was smooth with minimal carbonation. Flavours of corn, malt, dough and corn syrup. Finish is all malt and corn with a little hoppy bitterness flavours lingering.

This red ale poured a hazy, deep orange/red colour with a creamy, light tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include cloves, must, malt, ripe fruit and a little ginger. First swig was ok, different than what I’m used to and may be a wee bit old. Flavours of spice, ripe fruit, malt and must. Finish is ripe fruit and must.

This lager poured a light yellow colour with almost no head. Sloshing it around gave me a bit of a fizzy, bright white one. A little lacing. Scents include club soda, little cooked veggies, and very light malt. First swig was quite smooth with minimal carbonation. Flavours of malt, corn, pepper and hops. Finish is corn and malt with a little honey lingering? Alot better than a Corona!

This WCPA poured a beauty deep yellow colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pine, caramel and a wee bit of cooked veggies. First swig was quite hoppy but not over the top. Flavours of pine, grass and grapefruit… with a little applesauce? Finish is quite bitter with hop bite flavours lingering.
