Tessic Profile - Brewver

This IPA poured a hazy, light yellow. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, lemon and orange citrus cooked veggies and hay. First swig was very juicy. Flavours of fruit juice, malt, honey most prominent. Finish is a little bitter with juice flavours lingering.

This Black Lager poured a deep black with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include roasted malts, molasses, must, cardboard and a wee bit of wieners. First swig was very good. A little thin but roasty. Flavours of coffee, dark cocoa, roasted malt and biscuit. Finish is burnt with toasted malt flavours lingering.

This red poured a hazy amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, ripe fruit, earth, must and dough. First swig was pretty good. A little thin othe mouthfeel with flavours of must, caramel, malt and light toast. Finish is malty with a little hop bitterness lingering along with musty notes.

This lager poured a slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a minimal, white, creamy head. Minimal lacing and head. Scents include dough, corn, light vinegar and bit of cleaner? First swig was disappointing. Next to no carbonation. Flavours of corn and must. Finish is malt.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light cream colour that looks like pear juice. Bright white, creamy head with nice lacing. Scents include citrus, cooked veggies and resin. First swig was medium bitter with flavours of hops, citrus, cooked veggies and pears. Finish is quite hoppy with resin flavours lingering.

This stout poured a cloudy brown colour with a deep brown coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents of coconut, cocoa, caramel and a marshmallow. First swig was quite flat. Flavours of roasted coconut, chocolate, cinnamon and a little coffee. Finish is chocolate and cinnamon with a little coconut lingering.

This barley wine poured looking like apple cider. Minimal creamy, tan colour head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, paint thinner, ripe fruit,… fermented fruit juice really. First swig had minimal carbonation with flavours of licorice, ripe fruit, cider, alcohol and burnt toffee. Finish is mildly bitter with heavy fermentation flavours lingering.
