Tessic Profile - Brewver

This hazy pale poured just that, hazy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, lemon and orange citrus, clove, light wiener and straw. First swig was really hoppy. Too much for this guy. Flavours of lemon citrus, grass, honey and spice. Finish is bitter as hell with grassy citrus flavours lingering. Too much.

This NEIPA poured like pineapple juice with a creamy, minimal head. Nice lacing. Scents include lemon rind, citrus, pineapple and minimal cooked veggies. First swig was quite good with flavours of pineapple, apricot, orange and a little lemon citrus. Finish is fruit juice with a slightly bitter mouthfeel.

This fruit beer poured a hazy, amber/pink/orange colour with minimal head from pour. Nice lacing. Scents include blackberry jam, ripe fruit, raisins and a little toast. First swig was not bad, slightly sweet with flavours of blackberries and minimal hop bitterness. Finish is mildly bitter with jam flavours lingering.

This Kolsch poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a minimal, soapy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, minimal citrus, straw, dough and a little honey. First swig was ok. A wee bit thin. Flavours of corn, honey, malt, biscuit and club soda. Finish is a little sweet with flavours of corn lingering.

This red ale poured a deep dark amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, malt, must, oatmeal and biscuit. First swig was smooth, slightly sweet and very creamy with flavours of must, toffee, light hop most prominent. Finish is extra musty toffee with a little hop bitterness lingering.

This pils poured a clear, light yellow colour with a foamy, white head. Corn, candy, straw, malt and ripe fruit flavours are most prominent. First swig was typical pils. Flavours of corn, honey and malt with a lightly bitter finish of hop flavours that linger.
