a: perfectly clear golden body| crazy odd rising from the bottom with an interesting effervescence
a: tart | bread | caramelised sugars
f: light spice | rich apples | soft nuts on finish
t: crisp | slightly perfumey | refreshing
o: easy-drinking | great tart-sweet balance | nice for the style (although nothing perfectly 'honeycrisp' about this to me in terms of the apple variety)
