Deep inky black pour with a sharp boozy aroma. Still super boozy with loads of sharp raisin notes. This is a sharp agressively boozy beer that tastes great but needs more time to mellow out…
Orange gold color with not much foam. It had a bright grassy hop profile and a light body that was easy to drink but didn’t make that strong an impression at the end of our tasting last night.
Coffee Stout 7.5% 38 IBU
Nice looking dark cola black pour with wispy tan foam and a coffee and black licorice in the aroma. Medium to light bodied and roasty milk coffee.
For me, it’s just ok.
West Coast style hoppy lager 6.5%
Beautiful matte gold with wispy white foam and a stone fruit & herbal hoppiness. Good stuff.
Fruited Sour with cherry, blueberry & raspberry 6.5%
Nice looking clear light pink color with a wispy pinkish-white foam and a sweet cherry aroma that reminded me of liefmans kriek.
Medium bodied, sweet cherry and berry flavor. Ok.

Orange gold wort thick soapy off-white foam that doesn’t linger. The aroma is herbal and spicy. The flavor is green bitter vegetal hops, a touch of spice and herbs. Ok.
Nice brass color with thick light beige foam and a hugely fragrant hop bouquet of tropical fruits, prickly pear and a touch of woodsy pine. Excellent flavor on a fairly full body. This beer is great.

Copper color with thick foam that didn’t last so long. Rich saison aroma with pepper notes. Medium bodied. It’s got a bit of a vinous taste and a slightly boozy finish.
Not your standard saison.
