Tripel with jasmine 8%

Orange gold with thick light beige foam and a spicy white pepper, orange and jasmine aroma. Full bodied with a spice forward Belgian flavor. The taste is vinous, rich, bready, spicy with soft jasmine in the finish. The jasmine was most present in the initial sips before it blended in to the rich tripel flavor profile.

CBB Autumn Apple Ale 5%

It looks like mulled apple cider and has a baked apple aroma. Medium bodied but dry with very sharp carbonation. The flavor is Apple sweet baked apple. Not complex but a fun fall beer.

At 1280¥ for a small prices for hoppy beers are getting pretty high these days. The smell in WCB Umeda was hop heaven and this milky honey gold with thin wisps of foam delivered a healthy dose of ripe tropical fruits.

Medium to full bodied but I found the carbonation a touch aggressive. The taste on this was good though with loads of juicy hops but with a tangy citrus undertone. Nice stuff.

I picked this up in Australia… in my Advent Calendar (Day 18).

Batch Brewing Elsie the Milk Stout 4.4%

Nice charcoal black color with thick tan foam and a savory chocolate aroma. Great smooth full body with a balanced chocolate malt flavor with just hints of roastiness to balance it out.

Less sweet than expected so they deftly used the lactose. Well done.

Very pale gold with fast dissipating white foam and a grainy sweet aroma. The medium bodied brew adds an earthy flavor. Crisp and clean beer.

Tried this at Bakuon but I think I crushed it while chatting with KL so never took a photo or notes about it. Nice crisp simple lager that hit the spot.
