Draught @ Kaiser Tiger, Chicago IL (Jan 2025). Cloudy dark yellow with a small foamy off-white head, mango-peach aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-mango-melon taste, grape flavor, thin body, long melon-grape finish. Flavorful NEIPA.

Can, from the brewery. Pours very hazy dark yellow/amber with a large foamy beige head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter light citrus peel taste with pepper coming on later, thin body, long medium bitter to bitter finish. Interesting flavors.

Visited in Jan 2025. Huge beer garden/bar near the loop with multiple rooms and open spaces that are also rented out for events. They also have a regular shuttle to the United Center for the pre and post drinks for the NFL/NBA crowd. In the main bar area there is a large central bar with tables around. They have a regular pub menu with sausages, etc. and 18 beers on tap with some interesting local choices. Nice place to visit.

Bottle @ Bierwax, Brooklyn NYC. Cloudy dark yellow-orange with a small creamy beige head, vanilla-malt aroma, medium carbonation, initially sweet vanilla-malt taste, alcohol undertones, smooth body, long finish. Not bad flavorwise but the alcohol escapes a bit.

Draught @ Lexington Publick, Manhattan NYC. The house beer brewed by Fat Orange Cat. Extremely hazy lemon yellow with a small foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, faint pineapple, thin body, long citrusy finish. Decent NEIPA.
