Extremely hazy yellow, like orange juice, large frothy off-white head that flops down fast, grapefruit-orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter grapefruit taste with piney flavor, faint pineapple, alcohol undertones, somewhat thick body, long bitterish finish with some throat burn at the end. Quite easy to drink despite then high ABV.

Draught @ the Westwood NJ taproom (May 2025). Clear golden with a small frothy off-white head, faint orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste with lightly piney flavor, smooth body, long bitterish finish. Nice WC IPA>

Draught @ Diversey House, Chicago IL (Mar 2025). Opaque dark brown with a small foamy tan head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter mocha-rum taste, cardamom flavor, smooth body, long cardamom-coffee finish. A nice stout.

Draught @ the brewery (Feb 2023). Opaque very dark brown with a foamy tan head, faint dark chocolate aroma, high carbonation, bitter cocoa nibs/coffee taste, faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitter finish. Nice stout though bitter for an oatmeal.

Can. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow/ochre with a frothy beige head, citrus-pine aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-mango taste with piney flavor, alcohol undertones, smooth thin body, long medium bitter finish. Decent NE DIPA.
