Clear red brown beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, caramel, more oxidation, banana, yeasty, overripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a little bitter up front, malty, grains, banana, dusty. Aftertaste: dry, bitter touch, soft roast, watery, funky, meh.

Little cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, very dusty, weird, woody, strange aromas! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lemony, weird, bitter, a bit woody, oxidized, meh. I’m not a big fan of this one.

MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit watery, yeasty, banana, banana peel, a little bitter, oxidative notes. Aftertaste: a bit watery, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little metallic, meh.

Taste: sweet and sugary start, alcohol, caramel, lots and lots of dark chocolate, malty, grains, sugary. Aftertaste: more caramel, molasses, a bit oxidised, sugary, coconut, vanilla, walnut, sugary, good!

Clear deep dark ruby coloured beer, small irregular light pink head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, funky, lots of brett, sourish impression, some cherries. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, fruity notes, a bitter touch, lots of cherries, quite some almonds, a bit oxidized, more sour cherries. Aftertaste: dry, brett notes, spicy, nice cherries, a bit oxidized, almonds, nice stuff!

Taste: sweet and sugary up front, honey, pretty oxidized, alcohol, very sweet, soft acidity, more honey. Not getting much banana, hazelnuts or maple syrup tbh. Aftertaste: a little bitter, sugary, lots of honey, more oxidation, honey, apples, apple juice.
