Bottle shared at Brewver Belgian Winter Gathering. Reddish color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, wine influence? Hmm don't really get it. Not long enough on the barrel maybe? Quite alright quadruple I'd say but I don't think the BA made a lot of difference. Okay. 8-7-7-7-7

75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours a clear chestnut amber, off white head. Decent caramelly action, medium bodied, mild barrel influence, moderately sweet, gentle bitter close. Not bad, expected it to be a little richer and fuller bodied.

Bouteille 75cl @ Belgian Winter gathering 01 March 2025 – Tim’s place, thanks René.
BB 11-2026.
