GUSHER ALERT!
Cloudy rusty red brown beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of CO2, a bit malty, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, pleasant acidity, a bit lemony, fruity, sweet, grapejuice, lovely! Aftertaste: very juicy, fruity, lots of raspberries and strawberries, sweet touch, very acidic, pretty complex, lovely!

Cloudy orange yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of grapefruit, zesty, a bit dank, grassy, marijuana, some dank hops, citrus, tropical fruits, juicy, lovely! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, hoppy, resinous, citrus, some grapefruit, bitter, very dank, lovely! Aftertaste: sweet, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, grapefruit, hoppy, grassy, a bit sugary, peaches, nectarines, resinous, dank hops, very nice!

Clear gold blond beer, small creamy and somewhat irregular white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very nice, lots of lambic, funky, earthy, brett notes, a bit fruity, cheesy, some grapes indeed. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, a bit metallic, lemon peel, funky, brett notes, sourish, funky, herbal, a bit woody, lemon peel, bitter. Aftertaste: a bit grassy, very metallic, aluminium, lemon peel, more bitterness, bitter herbs, arrowroot, very cheesy, funky, bitter finish.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: good roast, some chocolate, a bit oxidized, lots of CO2, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish start, bitter toast, a bit hoppy, oxidized, some dried orange peel. Aftertaste: a bit sourish, funky, slightly infected impression, a bit zesty, sourish touch, weird, caramel, funky, ok. Not great.

Clear dark brown to black beer, aery fizzy irregular beige head, unstable, crackles down quickly, dissipates almost completely, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of chocolate, a sweet impression, caramel notes, a bit of vanilla, hazelnut. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of chocolate up front, some caramel, lactose maybe? A Gentle roast and a little sweet. Aftertaste: slightly sourish, chocolate notes, soft roast, caramel, some vanilla, hazelnut, nice!
