Cask at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is melon, light herbal. The flavour is light bitter, with a a light, somewhat watery, melon, herbal, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

A great addition to the Brum beer scene and just up the road from Glasshouse. It’s a nicely decorated warehouse unit with lots of wood and concrete. They have 14 taps of typically American beers plus a few can pours. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice outdoor seating for the summer months. Really surprised this place has opened, but they are serving great beers and deserve our support! Flights are available plus pint, 2/3, 1/2 and 1/3 servings too. Perfect for ticking.

Draft at Brew Export, Birmingham. Poured a clear, almost black colour with a mostly lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty, big peanut butter. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, sweet sugary, nutty, caramel, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
