The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Almost headless; deep copper beer looking not very carbonated. Fusely, vinous, raisins, molasses, old barrels with fortified wine. Sweet, raisins, overripe plums or peaches. Again fortified wine, Pineau des Charentes, but with less sweetness. Preserved orangepeel, alcohol-drenched wood. Alcoholthinning. Not very carbonated (bis). Nice, at least some beer with punch!

Good white head, persistent, fully hazy orangeish yellow beer. Spicy, herbal nose, half-dried leaves and herbs. Faintly bitterish, herbal flavour. Dry, spiced, malts hidden by the spice. Light body, very well-carbonated. Long lasting bitterish-spicy flavour. Very decent saison. Doesn't feel as strong as it's claimed.

Head gone in seconds over metallic yellow beer. Perfumey malts & grains. Some limepeel, kafir lime, oranges. Bitterish, and as the blurb says, not unlike curaçao. Lime again as well. Light body, good carbonation, long lasting spices. Nice beer.

Small cream-greige rim over virtually black beer. Liquorice, dark malts, some chocolate. More liquorice in the flavour, roast, burnt toast, dry. Quite light MF, maybe tad too watery for its own good. Almost no aftertaste, but for some roast. Well carbonated. Not bad, but... somehow one wants more fireworks these days.

Draught Shardy yellowish head over hazy amber ale with a mossy sheen. Spicy nose, rainwater, some coloured malts. Liquorice, spices as Szechuan pepper, maybe a tad meaty, coloured malts. Light body, good carbonation. Amusing amber ale. A porter (as it was presented)? Never.

Just a white transparant rim over clear metallic golden beer. Hoppy nose, halfway between continental and New World hops. I get a whiff or ironoxyde. Again some iron and quite nice hopflavours. Pale malts, but no trace of maltsugars. Light body, medium carbonatioin. Nice, if nothing new. It's not really a pale ale, according to the brewer.

Small white rim over pale yellow beer with some green shine. Interesting nose, both with chewing gum and basil, bit minty or even chlorophyl. Again this minty/chlorophyl streak in the flavour. Not much else, however. Quite refreshing summer beer; good carbonation. I rather like it. Which is remarkable, seen the brewer doesn't like it himself...
