The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Good white head over veiled orangey golden beer. Dessert wine indeed. Wood, grape essence, faint aldehydes. Again some aldehyde, noble rot; alcohol, even fusels. Sweet wine, flavoured sugar. Very sticky, well bodied; good carbonation. Serious, if slightly less brilliant than some other Guggenbräu products.

Draught Slightly yellowish rim over finely carbonated foxy copper beer. Grapey C-hops, muscat grapes, and waffles. Again grapey flavour. Surprisingly sweet; fruity, sweet cookies. Medium bodied, slick, medium carbonation. Nice aromas, but a tad too sweet IMHO.

Draught Small cream-coloured rim over veiled ruby - brown beer. Faint horseblanket, nuts, chestnuts, dark grains & kernels. Delicate acidity, lactic, lemony, pinewood, pinenuts. Again some lemony notes, floral. Lipsmacking acidity, good carbonation, acidthinning. Excellent! That said, and despite some similarities, the classification "lambic-style" is stretching it.

Draught Medium, dense white head over hazy yellow beer. Penetrating nose of some particula white wine sort, vinous, herbal as some wines with meadow herbs & flowers. Again vinous as the nose, with the acids needed in wine, and some serious astringency. End of every sip has winegrape sweetness. Sharp, dry, undercarbonated. Excellent hybrid, following the IGA rules.

Small if stable off-white head over almost clear metallic yellow beer. Intense citrussy hops, inviting and fresh. Lightly sourish, fruity, again some New World hops, not bitter. Lemony, pale malts. Very light MF, medium carbonation. Starts firework-like, but ends too indifferent.

Draught Fast dwindling cream head over jet-black beer. Black chocolate, rum, some coffee and just a tad of roast. Watered-down cold coffee, chocolate, dry wood; finish has chocolate coating on plywood. Feels lighter than 8.8% would warrant. Soft carbonation, bit chewy and sticky. There's better around in this particular segment.

No head whatsoever; hazy red-amber beer. Alcohol, fusels, oranges, flavoured spirit. Again booze with fusels, dried fruit: oranges, strawberry, kumquat, rosehips. Hints at cinnamon, cedar. Fiery MF with alcoholburn and -thinning, undercarbonated. It has a tad homebrew-gone-in-overdrive aspect, but I liked it all the same.
