The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Very dense & fine white head, lacey, over cold hazed golden beer. Citrussy nose, and I seem to get other grains. Softer citrussy flavour, again other grains. Bit bitterish herbs (say young dandelion leaves). Light body, soft carbonation and not very slick. Nice session beer.

Draught Fluffy, lacey yellowish head over fully hazy yellow beer. Nice, inviting smell of New World hops, fresh citrussy esters. Bitter(ish), but with some lemony surroundings (Citra?), and some other grains. Well-bodied, slick; not very carbonated; long lasting bitter flavour. Nice IPA!

Small off-white head over clear metallic copper beer. Caramel, raisins, some toast and also 'French toast'. Toast returning, with a little orangejam spread. Toasted malts, herbs. Medium bodied at best; quite slick, low carbonation. A tad light for a Scotch, IMHO.

Just a rim over deep ruby-brown beer. Sweet, bit woody, strong liqueur, raisins, diluted Portwine. Again something as (diluted) Portwine, liqueur, rosewater, almonds, marzipan & alcohol. Feels thin for 9%, such alcoholthinning (not much burn)? Very little carbonation; slick. Rather sweet overload. I really wonder what the idea was.
