The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Small rim over brown, almost black beer. Very striking nose of watercress, bit ashes, different coloured malts. Sweet, nutty, and again with a small smokey touch. Aftertaste with faint liquorice. Light body, but still some fysical bite (chewy would be straining it). Medium carbonation. Pretty decent. Bit ""fruity"" for a lager.

Draught Fully hazy, muddy yellow-greenish beer with a fast disappearing head. Fruity, grapefruit, citruspeel, bit vegetable frying oil, asian herbs. Dry, almost wry flavour, again grapefruit(peel), exotic vegetables. Almost chewy, but not thick thanks to good carbonation. Severe but good.

Draught Sports short lived, lacey head over clear copper beer. Fruity nose, then malts, partly torrified/toasted. Toasted malts, bit sweet, some noble hops all the same. Medium bodied, slick, oily feel. Fruity onset strange for a German lager, rest pretty logical.

Draught Good white, fluffy head over hazy golden beer. Fresh fruity hops' nose, grapes, litchi, passionfruit. Bitterish - rainwater - fruit. Finish inevitably a tad empty. Very refreshing, light, good carbonation. Excellent in its range.

Draught Red-foxy beer with very huge, fluffy yellowish head, leaving shards of lace. Very malty nose, bit toasted, chestnuts. Maltbomb, again chestnut, quite dry. Sweet flavour, and the components flatten during sampling. Maybe medium bodied. Bit sticky feel, rather low carbonation. Uninteresting, for putting it mildly.

Small yellow head over fully hazy foxy orange-amber beer. Almonds, watered down red fruitjuice, autumn leaves, skimmed milk. Tobacco in the mouth. Again hints at red fruit, red winterberries - as the kind not usually eaten, as sorbusberry or even cotoneaster...? Dry-out effect almost, medium bodied é best, very dry. Medium carbonation. Strange beer... I wonder who's the bimbo?

Draught Very good yellowish dense head on fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Fresh hops, some grains. Huge, persistent head seriously hampers nasal perception. Bitter, hoppy, with a sweet(er) malty finish, that has also a mounting bitter-almondy streak. Common to other Lupulus beers, the beer utterly hides its impressive ABV. Good carbonation, at least medium bodied. Dangerous and intriguing beer, certainly on draught.

Small white rim over metallic golden beer. Nice white grapes' nose. Hints of wine-, or even brandybarrels. Again this (slightly sourish) winebarrel flavour. White, even unripe grapes, tannine rich. Light body (certainly for its ABV), not very carbonated. Astringent and dry-out effect, almost puckering. Quite special, and not for the weakhearted.
