On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear rosé red with a small white head. Aroma has lots of berry-like grape skins, with rustic saison yeast, and wild bugginess. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with remarkably expressive red berry-like grape skins, wild yeast, and champagne-like effervescence. The high carbonation accentuates everything beautifully. Wonderful.

Flavour is complex, with plenty of white wine grape skins, champagne-like effervescence, wild yeast, and rustic saison yeast. High carbonation that accentuates everything beautifully. Excellent.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy bright dark red with a small white head. Aroma has a surprisingly cohesive blend of chamomile, lemon verbena, and a touch of blueberries, along with gentle rustic saison yeast. Flavour is more of the same, with lemon balm, soft blueberry skins, and chamomile. The farmhouse notes are felt in the back, finishing floral, lightly berry-forward and gently spicy. Good stuff.

On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours a clear pale copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma has tons of dank hops, a terpene-like character, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is likewise quite dank, with huge pot-like hops, some pine, and dry biscuity malt. Very pot-like, dry, and oily finish. Good stuff but shy of their best of work.
