750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose has gentle, musty, white grape skins, light-to-moderate funk, and a touch of tannins. Flavour is driven by the musty, tannic, white wine grape skins, with some leather, light oak, and gentle funk. Vinous, leathery, and nicely funky. Great stuff as usual.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of spicy chili peppers, a touch of cinnamon, some oak, and surprisingly thin malt. Flavour is fairly thin, with cocoa, cinnamon, less chili on the nose, and toasted malt. For such a high ABV beer, the malts seem rather thin. Balanced and has ome nice sugars in there, but leaves something to be desired. Good, but underwhelming.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma has a complex wild yeast character, a wonderfully complex expression of the red berries, and a touch of oak. Flavour is complex and integrated, with a sort of floral red berry character, wild yeast, neutral oak, and gentle tartness. Great marriage of the berries and wild yeast. Very good.

330mL bottle, pours an opaque peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma has some faded floral hops, some earthiness, light farmhouse funk, and very faded leather. Flavour is lightly fruity, with a nice farmhouse funk, rustic saison yeast, faded floral hops, some earthiness, and ample bitterness. Rather muddled, but there’s some nice yeast expression and the bitterness helps. Good.

16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is rich, with big bourbon barrels, brown sugar, toffee, and toasted caramel. Flavour is super rich, big muscular bourbon barrels, brown sugar, toffee, and even some hoppy bitterness in there. Really great malt base, fantastic bourbon character. This is fantastic.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown with a medium tan head. Nose has plenty of roasted malt, reasonably potent earthy hops, and a touch of dry cocoa. Flavour is pretty bitter, with a solid roasted malt base with quite bitter earthy hops. Great balance, with great roast and ample hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly excellent.
