Wow that’s good. Reminds me of the very best out of VT. A little dank, a bit tropical, supportingly bitter. Some tangerine, peach, pee, rind, background pale malts. Moreish. Balanced bittersweet finish. Superb.

Head fizzes out quickly. Of course it’s very sweet. Has some rounded sugary dark malts, a few dark fruits, roast, mild earthy bitterness. A little Turkish coffee. Sticky finish. Just about drinkable but there’s zero complexity here.

Easygoing. Basic citrus rind hop expression, balanced pale malt, soft minerality, lemon peel, a little pale biscuit. A hint of peach. Drinks fine overall.

Quintessence Blend 2025. Nice brew, soft acetic accents, a little biscuit, mild citric tang, nips of leather, cracker, low acidity. Pretty smooth. A soft funk and vanilla note. Delicate carb. Moreish. Rather drinkable. Nice depth.

Interesting stuff. Rich flavour, lightly burnt whole grain toast, crunchy grains, earthy bitterness, a little orange rind. Some wood and crackers. Drinkable enough. Lingering bitterness.

Very nice. Expressive citrusy hops, lemon, peach. Fresh crunchy pale grains, dirty straw, a little earth and grass. Top condition. Highly drinkable. Sound.

Very nice stuff overall. Moderate roast, background dark leathery berries, bitter cocoa, earth, wood, very delicate funky accent. Well rounded. Good condition. Massively drinkable. Excellent.
