Nice old-school CDA, rich ashy roast, grapefruit, torched pine, baking cocoa, some raisiny accents. Well rounded and toothy.

Outstanding IPA. Great balance, moderate rindy-piney bitterness, nips of resin, tangerine, supportive background pale malts. Monstrously drinkable.

Silky and delicious. Luscious dark malts, mellow cocoa, soft roast, a little dark fruit accent, burnt toffee. Silky and velvety mouthfeel. Sweet finish, lightly fruity. Great stuff overall.

A nice, easygoing porter. Nothing showy. Well toasted malts, brown bread, a little chocolate, dried semi-dark fruits, caramel accents. Subtle, some very nice notes here. Impressive in an understated way.

A murk bomb. Decent tropical fruit purée character, soft bitterness, guava, mango, tangerine, oats, a little raw hop sediment. OK, drinkable enough.

Enjoyable overall. Tasted blind, I wouldn’t detect any cherry notes. Holds well toasted malts, very slight roast and cocoa, some vague toasted spices, earthy hops, a nip of raisin. Quite drinkable.

Nice that it really is fairly true to NEIPA and not just murky silliness. Pleasant citrusy hop character, subtle pale malts, melon, mild bitter rind, some tangerine, hints of pine needles. Good balance overall.
