Small Pale - Mosaic from The Kernel Brewery

Lightly sweet, a little citrus peel, lemongrass, faint soapy vibes, some pale wood. Pine needles. Lean pale malts. Goes down easy.

Tasty, some ash and burnt rubber, creamy chocolate. Some dark berries. A little earth. Very nicely balanced. Raisins. Solid.

Pale Ale - Amarillo Simcoe HBC 431 from The Kernel Brewery

Oh that’s good stuff. Lightly juicy, white grape, soft bitter citrus peel, lean pale malts. Light bodied with active carb. Lovely balanced finish, lemon rind, tangerine, melon. Delicious.

Very simple stuff, some crispy hay, husky pale grains, straw. Light bodied, average carb. Fairly clean to finish, lightly drying. Drinkable.
