Gorgeous brew. Salty and citrusy, lightly dank, some lemony notes, subtle acidity, refreshing salinity, just enough sweetness, restrained funk. Balanced finish, a bit more salty and subtle dank bite, citric tang. Excellent.

Interesting brew, nice citric tartness, some earthy plum, citrus peel, sturdy acidic bite, low funk. Some grass and botanical notes. Quite clean and fairly dry to finish, tart, citric, lightly salty, some lime peel.

Moderate gusher! Mellow tartness, soft botanical notes, a little yeast expression, white grape, lemon peel, melon, low funk. Lightly tangy finish, some damp hay. A little warmth. Not bad overall.

Clean and tart. Pleasant juicy passion fruit, more mellow citrus fruit accents, modest acidity. Background apple sugars. Super clean finish, just sweet enough, a sniff of funk, lemon, passion fruit. Highly drinkable.

Gorgeously dank but also quite clean. Some bitter lemon rind, mellow weedy notes, pine needles, tangerine, melon, pee. Mellow rindy bitterness. Lingering dank finish. Super.

Impressive stuff. Great barrel character, good dark fruits, bourbon, mellow cocoa, sturdy roast, raisins, fudge, burnt toffee. Moderate warmth, gooey chocolate, dark fruits, berries. Excellent.
