Flavour is composed of sharp, tangy, salty, citrus, guava, base malts, lemon rind, salty finish. Palate is sharp and tangy, pinch of acid, highish carbonation. Good.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty brown bread, weed, hedgerow hop, funky, English hop. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, mellow cask condition. Solid.

Tap at the Dutch bar bermondsey. £9 a third. Fuck it you only live once. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is salty roast, bourbon, raw oak, vanilla some islay notes, fruit cake, fruit and nut. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy roast, fruit and nut, sticky brown sugars, salty whisky, raw oak. Layered malts. Nice whisky character. Palate is semi sweet, sticky moderate carbonation. Lovely.
